]]> A detailed guidebook that describes how to harvest, dry, and process onions for sale as braids The guide includes a hand drawn, step-by-step diagram on how to braid onions together, which can be printed out as its own resource for farm students to take home. Guide also shows how to test onions for dryness, and offers some ideas on how to sell onion braids.

Best viewed when printed at 8.5 by 11 inches, staple bound or sleeved in a binder to be kept in a shared classroom or library.
